What is the inforcehub CAFE Platform?

The inforcehub CAFE Platform does not serve cappuccino, expresso or lattes but it is a place to build relationships similar to what you would do with friends or colleagues at your favourite local café. Our CAFE Platform empowers insurers to build better relationships with their existing customer base without the manual process of spreadsheets and customer lists.  Up and running for over a year already, we have just launched version 2.0 and wanted share a bit more about CAFE .

Campaigns are customized with the relevant compliance and regulatory controls processes built-in. And if you’re worried about security don’t, there are multiple layers of security, encryption and strict access control across all parts of the CAFE Platform, providing the high levels of IT security required by insurers.

Our first campaigns using CAFE Platform have generated success rates of 10x relative to current processes. Customers appreciated the proactive contact from the insurer and around 50% of the customers recommenced their policies.  Ultimately providing the insurer significant commercial benefit as well as achieving positive customer feedback.
