A quick update, a new website launch, and a thank you …
18 months in, our business at inforcehub has been doing well
- We now have 4 major insurers that have used our services and technology, including 3 major global insurers
- We have built and are continuing to invest in our CAFE suite technology that helps customer-facing staff have more relevant conversations with existing customers
- We now have a strong data science stack to power campaigns – both proprietary analytics tools and our partnership on automated machine learning partnership with DataRobot
- … And most importantly, the success rates with end customers has been even better than we hoped
We are passionate about our goal – to change the way the insurance industry deals with existing customers – and are proving this is good for customers, engaging for staff, and profitable for insurers.
New website launch
Our website had become a little out of date with our development over the last 18 months, so we have updated it and launching the new site today. It now better reflects what we do, who our clients are, and our products and services.
